Tuinplantenwinkel.nl, specializing in garden plants and trees, is one of our most recent projects. They faced a digital challenge, where their operational processes were still deeply rooted in traditional methods. For example, each plant was manually looked up in the cash register, without the use of barcodes, leading to a complex situation in inventory management and customer service.
