Bedshop, as Duxly's oldest and first client, successfully integrated our tools to improve their complex e-commerce structure and increase their operational efficiency. With multiple platforms, including Shopify and Lightspeed, and a comprehensive set of tools from Duxly, Bedshop took a comprehensive approach to transforming their online and offline shopping experience.
One of the key challenges Bedshop faced was managing orders and inventory across multiple channels and locations. Duxly's integrated order management system acts as a central hub, allowing Bedshop to seamlessly coordinate orders between its various e-commerce platforms and their physical store locations. This ensures uniform inventory and order fulfillment everywhere, improving overall operational efficiency. In addition, Bedshop has successfully streamlined communication with their 11 suppliers using Duxly's backorder functionality. This enables efficient deliveries even in the case of products that are temporarily out of stock.
To fill the online store faster and increase visibility in search engines, Bedshop uses our two Content Tools. The Content Manager is used to enrich product information. Using this tool, Bedshop can now easily add information to their product catalog and then conveniently and quickly populate it with the desired information.
Our latest tool, the AI Content Creator, is used to generate optimized texts. Most recently, Bedshop took the efficiency plunge by integrating Duxly's AI Content Creator, allowing automatically generated texts to improve product presentation and save time.
