Fashion Cloud integrates with the file format API and operates on the Lightspeed Omnichannel platform (R-series and C-series). Within this system, there are key components that come together.

In addition, there is functionality to forward orders to suppliers. When a product is out of stock in the webshop, the order is automatically forwarded to Fashion Cloud so that the appropriate actions can be taken.

In terms of inventory options, there are two options within the Lightspeed eCom system. First, there is the option to mark products as "For sale if no stock," with the addition of a "Maximum quantity" (if available). This functionality is included in the system. In the area of order processing, Fashion Cloud also offers possibilities. The basic information of an order, including the products and quantities is included. In addition, there is an ability to set custom statuses in eCom, such as the status "Sent to Fashion Cloud," and multiple custom statuses can be created depending on needs.

To keep order synchronization running smoothly, this process is performed hourly. This keeps the systems up-to-date and any discrepancies are addressed quickly.
