Ourapproach
We work in 4-week sprints. A transparent and controlled way to develop. After the inventory, we determine together the goal, requirements and what is in and out of scope. You work with a multidisciplinary team, depending on the requirements:
- Project managers;
- Architects;
- Developers;
- Data analysts;
- Testers.
There is weekly contact regarding direction, requirements, specifications and schedule.
At the end of the sprint, a possible delivery and evaluation follows when applicable.
We start the collaboration with an inventory (sprint 0) in which we clearly agree on what the goal is, what the requirements are, and what and inside and outside the delivery (scope). After an agreement on this specification, we officially start the first sprint.
