Ourapproach
We start the collaboration with an inventory (sprint 0) in which we clearly agree on what the goal is, what the requirements are, and what and inside and outside the delivery (scope). After an agreement on this specification, we officially start the first sprint.
We work in 4-week sprints. A transparent and controlled way to develop. You work with a multidisciplinary team depending on the requirements.
You will receive a weekly report on progress, direction, requirements, specifications and schedule. A delivery and evaluation follows at the end of the sprint when applicable.
