Sprint Module
Our sprint module offers a transparent and controlled way of developing in four-week cycles. After a thorough inventory, we determine together the goals, requirements and scope. You work with a multidisciplinary team of project managers, architects, developers, data analysts and testers. The sprint steps are as follows:
- Identification and determination of purpose, requirements and scope.
- Composing the multidisciplinary team.
- Weekly contact regarding progress, requirements, specifications and schedule.
- At the end of the sprint there is an (interim) delivery and evaluation, if applicable.
