Thanks to ProductSync, you manage the content of your Lightspeed eComs easily and conveniently. You manage all content in one webshop and decide in which other shops it will appear. Nice and clear.

Whether images, titles, descriptions, filters, meta titles, specifications or extra fields: all product information can be easily assigned and distributed. Even the information you cannot find in an export (related products, specifications and additional fields). If you adjust information for a product, it will also change in all other shops if desired. Different languages in your shop? No problem.

Translate with the ProductSync

If you are also going to sell your products abroad, this brings challenges. For example, when you have multiple web shops or sites and you want your content translated for all of them. Will you do that yourself or will you have it done? And how much time will that take? Can it be done automatically?

We offer several flavors for translation: through a translation platform, through a native speaker or better yet, combine the two. Our advice: translate everything with an automatic translator and have your SEO pages and top products checked by a native translator. This is good for the user experience as well as ranking in the search engines.

How often are my products synchronized?

Product synchronization starts every hour. Depending on the quantity of products and product details, it may take a while for all products to synchronize.

What fields are included?

We can synchronize all product information, including scales and additional fields.

Do you have an app in which I configure the product of myself?

If the implementation is done properly, no app is needed to log in and configure the product. It just works then.

How many products are synchronized?

Per synchronization, 25 products are transferred. If you have entered/changed more than 25 products, they will be included in the next synchronization.

Can I also exclude fields from synchronization?

Sure. During implementation, we configure ProductSync based on your work process. We can exclude fields when creating products and/or updating existing products.
