Duxly, an innovative and fast-growing tech startup, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most out of our tools. The focus of this position is on managing the various projects and customer support.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Implementation of our products
You supervise clients during the onboarding process and ensure that they successfully get started.
Giving training
You will organize and provide training to fully familiarize customers with our solutions.
Support
You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions or technical challenges and provide them with appropriate solutions.
Account Management
You maintain a good relationship with our customers and are focused on improving their user experience.
