We are immediately seeking a Business Analyst (2-4 years of experience)

Duxly is an innovative and fast-growing tech startup that develops sustainable software products and solutions for the e-commerce sector and other markets. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and provide a bridge between business goals and software development.

Are you able to analyze business processes and user needs and translate them into clear requirements and reports? Do you want to contribute to the optimization of our products and generate data-driven insights? Then we are looking for you!

As a Business Analyst at Duxly, you will:

- Analyze business goals and user needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications for our development team;

- Gather the needs and requirements of various stakeholders and turn them into clear requirements and priorities;

- Collaborate with the product team to support the backlog with data insights and analytics;

- Create user stories and acceptance criteria and coordinate with the team to ensure quality of deliverables;

- Monitor product developments, analyze user feedback and ensure the insights from this are incorporated into improvements and new releases;

- Set up and manage data analysis and dashboards for business intelligence (BI) projects.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who:

- Can bring structure and overview to complex issues and processes;

- Is analytically strong, organized and has an eye for detail;

- Experienced in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements;

- Actively takes initiative, feels responsibility for project deliverables and has an affinity for data-driven work.
